What do I need for registering my child?
Parents need to bring the child’s social insurance number (SIN), family doctor contact number and information, emergency contact information, and one small size updated picture
Is there a registration fee?
Yes. There is a $25 fee to fill out the contract and application form. This fee is non-refundable.
What is the fee for after-hours/late pick up?
There is a $5 charge for every 10 minutes late to pick up your child. For example, if you are 30 minutes late, you will be charged $15 as per the late pick-up fee.
How does the registration process work?
Once you have filled out the contract and application form, and provided all the necessary documents, parents have to provide a six-month/one-year long cheque upfront (the cheques has to be dated for the first of each month).
What are your rules regarding leaving notice?
Parents should create a letter detailing their leaving date 45 days in advance. Otherwise, there is a full charge for the program agreed upon.
